  • Post: Market Researcher and Analyst
    Description:    for collecting primary ( through field work ) and secondary ( through internet etc. ) data and information on the industry to be presented to the management in a lucid and concise report formats. MBA, with minimum two years’ experience preferably in the Real Estate Industry.

  • Post: Marketing Manager, Real Estate Division
    Description:    to enhance the existing sales of the company by rigorous market study and field work. Eventually to head the company’s Real Estate Division and to set up independent profit centres / branches of the company in other cities too. Preferably MBA or a person from any similar field or any multi national real estate company.

  • Post: Export Manager
    Description:    to look after the overall marketing of the products of the company in India as well as abroad and to overall supervise the export and accounts related documentation. Candidate should be able to explore new markets for the existing products and new products for the existing markets.

  • Post: Accountant / Accounts Assistant
    Description:    to look after the accounts and banking of the company. Candidate should be well versed with accounting principals and should also have working knowledge of taxation etc. Should have the desire and capability to learn more. A thorough knowledge of ‘Tally’ is a must.

  • Post: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director / Steno-Secretary
    Description:    to assist the Managing Director and supervise the administration of the company. Should have the analytical ability and organizational skills for the growth of the company.

    Description:    Candidate should have a good command over english, well versed with computer applications, should be capable of handling correspondence independently. shorthand etc. would be an added advantage.

    Description:    for developing and designing course materials for various certificate courses of duration ranging from three months to one year.
